Webinar: Nature of Change
June 30, 2010, 8:30-10:00am, coach discussion/optional dialog 10:00-10:30

Coaches, colleagues and business leaders!

We have been taught that by nature humans are resistant to change.  But T. Falcon Napier, founder and creator of the newly created Tension Management Institute, poignantly reminds us that “a long habit of not thinking a thing wrong gives it the superficial appearance of being right.”   There is no topic that generates greater attention in business, consulting or coaching than the subject of change.  We know our success is only as strong as our ability to create the conditions for change.

We invite you to throw out what you think you know about the nature of change.  Every day, coaches and businesses are taking approaches that are actually blocking the very changes we seek to create for our clients.  If you want to take your coaching, consulting or leadership to a whole new level, join our Web-based Excelerator on June 30 and meet our favorite change guru, T. Falcon Napier who will be joining us online from Charlotte.  We promise this thought provoking topic, while paradoxical, will “change” your perspective on the nature of “change.”  We'll also preview a unique management and coaching tool that will help you and clients visually map and identify the obstacles to achieving their goals.

ATTN: GCA COACHES AND HUMAN DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANTS!

We encourage you to  participate in T.'s 2010 Human Development Reliability Survey.  We promise, it will be one of the most valuable hours you can personally spend in developing your business.  The study gives you an opportunity to experience the ChangeWorks tool as part of the study process, in addition to your help advancing a wonderful body of knowledge, you will gain new insight into the hidden barriers that may be blocking the full success of your own coaching and consulting practice.

With permission, in the Fall, Exceleration Partners will share the results of this interesting study with our learning community (Over 500 coaching and human development consultants will ultimately be surveyed nationwide) so you can see how you compare to others in growing a vibrant and successful human development business.

To participate in the study, visit www.masterstream.com/2010Study.  Please let Misty, the study coordinator, know you were referred via GCA or Exceleration Partners to be expedited to participate.   Business professionals are invited to take advantage of a custom ChangeGrid with one of our Certified partners.   More info at www.excelerationpartners.com/change.
